All order are send with a tracking number, to guarantee you shipping has been process and it is on your way.
When you place an order in Alma Studio, the shipping costs are added to the final price of your order, since the system calculates the delivery costs depending on the shipping address and automatically modifies them when adding products or changing the quantities. You will be able to see all the prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order: the chosen products, their availability, the shipping cost and possible commissions and taxes. It is very important that before clicking on the "Place my order" button you check that all the contents of the cart are correct (products, quantity, etc.) as well as the personal information.
To cancel an order it is advisable to call our contact telephone number, to give it the highest priority and thus be able to cancel the delivery process before it starts. In addition, you must send an e-mail within 6 hours of having placed the order to contacto@almastudiobcn.com notifying the urgent cancellation of the order.

What company is in charge of getting my order to its destination?
At Alma Studio we have DHL Parcel Iberia that will deliver your product to its destination in perfect condition. This company has a service with ISO Quality and Environment Certificates: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
How will you send my product?
The sheets are shipped wrapped in manila paper inside a recycled cardboard tube that will protect your Print from external damage. They are sent via DHL both within Spain and abroad. While you are ordering, you can check if shipments are made to your country.
Will I be able to track the order?
Yes, you can track your order via DHL using your order number (shipping ID)
How do I know if you received my order?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order has been completed. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 6 hours please contact us via email at contacto@almastudio.com
What should I do if I am a company?
If everything goes well with the payment methods we offer, and you only need a purchase invoice, write to us at contacto@almastudiobcn.com and we will send it to you. If you are thinking big and need specific and new pieces, write to us and tell us about the project, we will be happy to see what is in your creative mind.
What payment methods are available to me?
At Alma Studio we offer you various forms of payment so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay.
Which paper do you use
for the Prints?
For the Art Prints we use Epson Watercolor Paper. A matte backing with a 190g / m2 cotton paper base. It has an uneven surface.
For the Photo Prints we use Hahnemule Photo Luster Paper. Resin coated paper, 260g / m2 glossy finish coated paper, with a glossy white surface that gives depth to the colors showing every detail.
Is the frame included?
No, when making a purchase with us the price includes only the Print, the frame must be purchased separately, go to the frames section and assemble your complete work at once.
What to do if my tube arrives open or with damage which affect
the product?
To give you total peace of mind, all the shipments we make from Alma Studio have full-risk insurance that protects your order up to 24 hours after delivery. With this insurance, we guarantee the replacement or corresponding compensation, depending on the case, for those damages derived from transport. In order to apply the guarantees covered by the insurance, it is very important that you always indicate these damages on the delivery note.
Will I be able to find the same design on sale in another shop?
No, the designs we offer at Alma Studio are unique and exclusive. There are only 20 copies of each design (and with Alma's dry stamp).
Prints and objects purchased on the shop are not for resale. If your a retailer please contact us at contacto@almastudiobcn.com for wholesale informations.
We also work with companies and Architecture and Design Studios, to which we provide the ability to choose between different works and artists offering a variety of styles and techniques, in order to meet the specific requirements and details of each of their projects. We also work with works to order, leaving the freedom to work different sizes and unique designs, exclusive for each project.
